Just realized that yesterday would have been our one year anniversary! Appropriately, I spent the evening at Petrol with some great heritage beer family and chatting about our future. New on tap: The Brooklyn Brewery and Mountain Goat Beer collaboration, Ridgy-Didge, a Brewmaster's Reserve saison spiced with Tasmanian pepperberry and lemon myrtle and dry-hopped with Australian Ringwood hops. Bright flavors, lemony and incredibly refreshing. Also very misleading for it's 8.4% ABV! Come try it today!

No better way to celebrate America as a Texan than with some Texas craft brews.
