The very first Labor Day was celebrated September 5, 1882, which was a parade through New York of about 10,000 workers who took off work [unpaid] to march the streets in efforts to secure an 8-hour work day and better working conditions. Thanks to them, many of us have Monday off, so... come get drunk with some Drag tonight! (There was no good segue for that...) We do have a fabulous show planned though, and we've brought in some great guests: alongside Violet S'Arbleu and Lana Blake, this week also features Chloe Knox, Marci Mogul, and host Kara Dion!
