On July 27th, we’re hosting a very special evening with champagne, hosted by Bastien Collard de Billy and our culinary team.

This special dinner pairs Pol Roger wines with dishes such as:

•Chilled Main lobster, crème fraîche, seasonal stone fruits, Royal Kaluga caviar
•Foraged seasonal fungi raviolo, herbal foam and truffle shavings
•Spiced Crescent Duck, foie gras, caramelized figs and cherries, toasted hazelnuts
•Peach Melba, raspberry mousse with vanilla chantilly and peach sorbet
