Well the time has come and it’s getting closer.
I just want put this out there.
First off I want to give thanks to my grandparents, my parents, my brothers, aunts, uncles, everyone who has instilled some form of cooking in my life. How did this get started, well my business consultant Mrs. Wendy Thibodeaux and myself started looking for a building for us to sell our shrimp boulette mix from, called me up one day and found this building we went do a walk threw and I visioned a restaurant right off the back as soon as we walked in, however the building was metal studs inside when we found it so I had my doubts. Despite the long days and night of thinking about it we decided to run with it & it’s falling all into place for us. Those of you who know me know that i have had a few business in the past that were unsuccessful & I’m not ashamed to stand up against it. To the people to kept believing in me I appreciate you all I’ve always wanted a restaurant and finally have the opportunity so I took it. To the people who “bashed me, talked about me, posted about me, hated on me” I appreciate you even more cause yall made me stronger than I’ve ever been! I’m only human as everyone of you are I took my fails and losses, but the one thing I never did was folded or gave up i kept pushing to get where I wanted. So to everyone who’s tried the shrimp boulette mix or any of my food we now have a place where you can all come to enjoy it, and another place that will have 100% HOME COOKED food nothing out of a bag that’s filled with preservatives. I appreciate you all and looking forward to seeing everyone soon, we will post updates & before and after pictures when we get it done in the next few weeks. Again thank you all for all of the support it means the world to us.
