Once home to Bowl South of Louisiana, this vacant 2.7 acre piece of land on a very busy corner, awaits its new owner. The daily traffic count between the two highways (LA Hwy 3040 and 57) is approximately 57,000 vehicles. (Ideal for gas/service station, strip mall, entertainment facility, etc...)
