Good Ship has been named Virginia’s Best New Restaurant. 🏆
Nine months ago, we opened our doors with a dream, a whole lot of nerves, and absolutely no idea just how much this place would become a part of our lives.
What started as a dream became a building full of people, laughter, late nights, live music, cold b**r, good food, friendships, memories, and a family we never knew we were building.
To everyone who voted for us — thank you.
To everyone who walked through our doors — thank you.
To the people who told their friends about us, brought their families, celebrated birthdays, watched sunsets, danced, ate pizza, drank a b**r, and kept coming back — thank you.
And to our Good Ship crew: this belongs to you, too. You have grown with us, learned with us, worked through the chaos with us, and helped turn this crazy dream into something real. We are incredibly proud of you.
Lastly thank you to Hopewell for giving us a place to call home. We believed in this little city, and you believed in us right back.
We built this ship together. 🚢💙
