Mile Marker 41 is looking for two strong leaders to join our management team!
🍸 BAR MANAGER
👨‍🍳 KITCHEN MANAGER
We’re looking for experienced, results-driven leaders who know how to build a team, create accountability, control costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
⚠️ QUANTIFIABLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BAR MANAGER: Proven Front of House management experience is required, including experience leading bartenders and/or FOH staff, managing shifts, controlling beverage costs, driving sales, and maintaining service standards.
KITCHEN MANAGER: Proven Back of House management experience is required, including experience leading kitchen staff, managing food costs, controlling waste, maintaining quality and consistency, and operating in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their years of management experience, team size, operational responsibilities, and measurable results.
