There are milestones that come around on the calendar, and then there are moments that make you stop and look at the foundation you’re standing on. Today, as we celebrate Trice Green’s birthday, we at Sticks-N-Stones want to pull back the curtain on the heart behind this house.

​When Trice stepped into the hospitality industry to build Sticks-N-Stones, the blueprint didn't come from years of corporate restaurant experience. There was no seasoned mentor standing in the wings, no family legacy in the business, and no established foothold in the industry. There was simply a clear vision, a grounded perspective on life, and an unwavering belief in a core principle: treat people well, and everything else will fall into place.

​Over the past year, that core value has become the heartbeat of this venue. Hospitality isn't just about what's in the glass or on the plate—it’s about how people feel the moment they walk through the door. Building that kind of environment from the ground up takes grit, instinct, and a willingness to learn every single lesson the hard way.

​So today, hold the applause. Save the grand speeches, the awards, and the invitations. We are still navigating these waters, continuously refining the craft, carving out an independent path, and earning respect the honest way—day by day, service by service.

Sticks-n-Stones is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team!

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Strong knowledge of elevated food & beverage service
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Availability for 3–5 shifts per week
• Bartending experience is a plus!
