Something different in the brewhouse today. Robust Porter with house toasted coconut and marshmallows. Going to age on vanilla beans and cocoa nibs then split off with one half on double chocolate coffee beans and the other on cinnamon coffee beans. Also, racked a Saison Brett sour onto a ton of peaches to rest till early summer.

Super excited to announce that we took Bronze in the Brew Your Own magazine 2020 Label contest! Apparently there were more entries than ever before and labels from 7 countries! We were the only American Brewery to place in the top 4!
This label has deep meaning to me and represents growth and passion. Take a look below and congrats to all those who placed!

Happy Memorial Day to all our Veterans and fallen heroes. Been waiting to brew up a reimagined Hefeweizen and today was the day. Billow is a traditional Hefeweizen utilizing the one and only Weihenstephaner yeast. Pitched a little high (temp) hoping for more banana and less clove.

Lots of activity in the brewery! Kettle Sour, Imperial Stout, Session IPA, Barrel Aging, plus a Blueberry Sour getting its Brett on and a Porter getting vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and coconut. Up next is a traditional Hefeweizen, Ascension NEIPA, and a Cream Ale.

Passion Brewing Company has grown from a small glimmering ember into an intense raging fire. Passions often start that way. We are passionate about all things creative, especially Fermentation, and believe in utilizing local resources as well as being environmentally friendly.

Passion Brewing Company is officially in the craft brewery start up phase. It is our intention to open our doors and pour our delicious creations in 2021. Stay tuned for unique events that will give you a taste of what’s to come.

A little about my journey....

After avidly home brewing for 5 years and winning several competitions I was asked to part-time brew at a popular Vermont brewpub. This quickly escalated to me revamping and reimagining the entire brewery side and becoming the Head Brewer. This opportunity allowed me to cut my teeth in all aspects of the professional brewing game and develop my own personal style and philosophy, "Brew what you love and love what you brew". I am open to all styles be it traditional, experimental, or whatever.
