Studio 909 is the recording and rehearsal studio of Musicians Local 677. It is also the newest and hippest listening venue in Kaka'ako, featuring live music, mostly jazz, one or two nights a month. Our audience consists of music lovers who come to hear high quality music in an intimate setting. Studio 909 is blessed with great natural acoustics and because it is relatively small, there are no bad
seats in the house. Seating is theatre style. No food or beverage is sold, but guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. There are several excellent restaurant/bars within steps of our door, so you can park once and hang for the evening. Some of our neighbors give discounts to folks with tickets on the evening of a show. DaBus stops right in front, and for those who drive, there is free parking in the building after 6. Free street parking: on Ward after 530, on Kapiolani after 630. Online ticket sales end 2 hours before showtime. The live box office opens at 6. House doors open at 7.
