Last spring we made a few batches of something new: a Blueberry Birch Syrup w**e, crafted from local Bridge Creek birch syrup and alpine blueberries from the Kenai Mountains. It's now on tap! We are loving it -- stop by our Main Street Homer tasting room to sample it & let us know what you think!
