From June 8th through June 14th, we're bringing the vibrant flavors of the Dominican Republic to Summerlands with an all-new lineup of island-inspired specials!
Dominican cuisine is known for its comforting, home-style cooking that blends Spanish, African, and Indigenous influences into dishes that are rich in flavor without being overly spicy. Fresh citrus, garlic, herbs, slow-cooked meats, rice, beans, and plantains are staples of Dominican cooking, creating meals that are hearty, satisfying, and full of Caribbean character.

🌴 Salsa rosada is a signature Dominican sauce made with mayo, ketchup, lime, and garlic.
🍔 Dominican "Chimi" Burger
½-pound smash patty made with ground beef, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and spices topped with vinegar-mayo slaw, sliced tomato, and salsa rosada on a toasted brioche bun served with tostones(twice fried green plantains) $15.95
🍗 La Bandera Dominicana
A hearty combination of seasoned rice, stewed red kidney beans, and citrus-infused braised chicken served with a traditional side salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper finished with mango vinaigrette $17.95
