Commemorative OG skatepark shirts celebrating the 40th anniversary of Skateboard USA (1977-2017) will also be available at this event. Please come out.

Book signing and special sale this Friday with author Craig B. Snyder and skate legends that include Mark Lake. This 2nd Street Surf Shop event will also feature music by Lance O of Kulcha Shok , several screens showing some cool surf and skate flicks, food, beer, and some rare and significant surfboard and skateboard collections that will be on display, courtesy of Dan, an esteemed private surfboard collector, and Skateboarding Heritage Foundation . Once again, it’s this Friday, March 2, 2018, 5pm to 10pm, at 2nd Street Surf Shop on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.

Karen Snyder, team rider for Skateboard USA, has been voted into the Skateboard Hall of Fame for 2011.

The Skateboard Hall of Fame will induct seven new members in 2011. Steve Anderson, Cleo Coney, Ray Diez, Steve Fisher, Steve Marinak, Karen Snyder, and Craig Snyder are being honored this time around. The induction ceremony will take place at Kona Skatepark in Jacksonville, Florida, on April 9, 2011
