So I had an unannounced little trial cook tonight. Got my first order from my supplier, got the new Weber fired up with wood instead of gas, tried a couple different cheeses and breads working out the exact combination. Just a couple ppl at this one, planning a pre-opener for a select 10 ppl who will receive a free Venison Burger Plate in exchange for an honest review. Got almost everything together for the launch and Grand Opening!!! I just need to get the rest of the permits from the health department and need some help with the funds so I’m asking my Facebook community and everyone to help me out. I don’t usually ask for charity but this is a special interest of mine and I believe it is a winner so I’m going out on a limb and asking for help!!! I need $541 to get all licenses and permits required to operate legally. I have my tax number and vendors license already as well as my food handlers card. I just have to get health certified and inspected. Anything you can donate will be used for the startup of the meat wagon and you will get a free burger meal upon opening of said establishment.
