Hops at 84 East A fantastic experience for your senses, located at 84 East 8th Street in beautiful downtown Holland, MI. We are especially proud of our brick oven pizzas.

We have an incredible taproom that features 76 taps of the best selection of craft beer, ciders, and wines on the lake shore. We have a unique craft cocktail program with a focus on Michigan craft distilling and barrel aging our own cocktails. Our kitchen is led by a Beard-Award winning Chef who creates delicious entrees, burgers, and sandwiches...not to mention several specials. Monday - Saturday our kitchen closes at 10:00 pm; at 9:00 pm on Sunday.

A delicious collision of Southern BBQ and Asian-inspired flavors! Tender BBQ brisket swimming in aromatic pho broth with Japanese BBQ tare, radish, pickled ginger, scallions, fresh basil, sesame seeds, grilled lime, and a sunny-side-up egg.

A beautiful 12 oz. Double R Ranch New York Strip served with roasted potatoes, crispy fried Brussels sprouts, house bacon, and honey-whipped ricotta. Finished with chili oil and vibrant salsa verde for a combination that's as delicious as it looks!

Sunny Saturday in Downtown Holland is looking pretty easy to figure out. ☀️

Tonight’s specials begin at 5 PM with chili-brined Swordfish served with celeriac-carrot puree, fried Brussels sprouts, pickled apple, and yuzu kosho beurre blanc.

The Butcher’s Block brings a 12 oz. Double R Ranch NY Strip with roasted potatoes, fried Brussels sprouts, house bacon, honey whipped ricotta, chili oil, and salsa verde.

October’s Community Pizza is still rolling too, benefiting the Holland Free Health Clinic.

Then from 8–11 PM, Vincent Hayes takes over the tap room.

Starting at 5 PM, we’ve got a slow-roasted Berkshire Pork Shank with celeriac-carrot puree, fried Brussels sprouts, gremolata, and jus; chili-brined Swordfish with pickled apple and yuzu kosho beurre blanc; and a 12 oz. Double R Ranch NY Strip from the Butcher’s Block with roasted potatoes, green beans, mushroom, charred corn, basil pistou, and Gochujang butter.
