With Heavy Hearts, We Say Goodbye 💔🇵🇷
After four incredible years of serving our community with authentic Puerto Rican flavors, it is with deep gratitude and sadness that we announce the closing of The Caribbean on Lake George.
From the very beginning, our mission was to bring the taste of Puerto Rico to your table—the sizzling mofongo, the comforting arroz con gandules, the crispy tostones, and every dish made with love. More than just a restaurant, this place became a home filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories.
To our amazing customers—our forever family—thank you for embracing us, for every visit, every kind word, and every shared meal. Your support has meant everything.
Though this chapter is ending, the love for our culture and cuisine lives on. We hope the memories made here stay with you as they will with us.
Our final day of service will be Saturday, March 1, 2025.
