Today is a bittersweet day here at Callahans. For the last 19 years, 7 months and 16 days it’s been a pleasure to entertain you all. Thank you to all the people who’s worked with us through all the years and made our time here possible. I know it’s cliche but if walls could talk in this place…the marquee was one of my favorite things to do ..it is challenging to try and come up with something witty to share on here …hell we even made the top fold of the packet with one….I’m gonna share a few of my favorites in this post …my last post as owner operator…you’ll still probably see me at the bar at happy hour now and then …come say hello…best of luck to the new owner Neil. We’re really happy you plan on keeping Callahans as it is. Thanks again ..Signing off …D

1 br, 0 ba apartment for rent. Obstructed views but only 1/2 mile from the beach! Short walk to restaurants. There’s a hose and a bucket so there’s that. Electricity included. There’s a non domesticated raccoon that frequents the premise named Quentin, yet he is friendly if you give him beer. 1800 a month. 10k security deposit.
