"Our Famous Butcher Cut Osso Buco called a veal shank. It comes from the leg, together the meat and bone are cut into portions. It's braised and slowly cooked for 3 hours in a cabernet reduction sauce. The meat becomes tender and delicate. Also, in the center of the bone is the marrow, a tasty, spongy meat spread." PLEASE NOTE: Reservations cannot be made through messaging or posting on Facebook.

Please call or drop by to make party or restaurant reservations. Additional Parking located across the street at Shop Rite & at TDT tire after 6PM.

Dear Friends, Family, and Osso Buco Patrons,

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Reyes Ramirez. Reyes has been working with the owners of the Osso Buco Family for over 25 years as an incredible chef and member of the team. A loving husband, father, and friend, he unexpectedly passed away on April 3, 2022. Reyes had a compassionate heart of gold and a love of life. He was a genuinely remarkable father to his three young children Eric, Gabby & Jasmin, and a loving husband to his wife Mercedes.

Reyes will be missed dearly by the ones he leaves behind. To help the Ramirez family with the cost of any funeral expenses, this fund has been created in Reyes' name. If you are so inclined, we want to help alleviate some of the financial hardship for his family during this difficult time.

The family greatly appreciates your generous support during this difficult time. Please keep the Ramirez family in your thoughts and prayers.

Con gran pesar les informamos del fallecimiento de Reyes Ramírez. Un amoroso esposo, padre, amigo y talentoso chef, falleció inesperadamente el 3 de abril de 2022. Reyes tenía un corazón de oro compasivo y amaba la vida. Fue un padre genuinamente notable para sus tres hijos y un esposo amoroso para su esposa Mercedes.

Reyes será extrañado mucho por los que deja atrás. Para ayudar a la familia Ramírez con el costo de los gastos del funeral, se ha creado este fondo a nombre de Reyes. La donación es voluntario. Si así lo desea, queremos ayudar a aliviar algunas de las dificultades financieras de su familia durante este momento difícil.
