Love this. Many people will feel it is completely ridiculous on the surface, but they are not wrong about this theory. Whether wine or water it's all about the minerals at the source. We have a wine shop and Lounge that has been serving different waters on the beverage list describing glacial, volcanic, etc and flavor profiles. Definitely changes with different foods just like wine. Mostly it's a lot of fun it should not be taken too seriously.
