Sadly it’s the end of an era.
The building located at 37051 Highway 27 has had different faces and names throughout the years such as Boser’s Corner, Goodtime Charlie’s, The Looney Bend and currently The Cave. Friends have gathered and many memories have been made here. Each owner has brought their own unique style, presence and story over the years as well
Unfortunately, due to the fire last October, the building could not be saved and this week she came down. Even though it was hard to see her sit there boarded up. It still stood as an icon to the memories made within her walls; just because we can no longer see the building memories continue to be shared all around us.
Even though there are new things on the horizon for 37051 Highway 27, the past is important. We would be honored if you could help us preserve the history and some of the memories in a collection of photos and stories from throughout the years.
