Kegs tapped – 284 (+18 over 2022): 96 ½bbl, 6 ¼, 173 ⅙, and 8 30L
Local tapped – 270 (95.1%)
Unique tapped – 279/284 (98.2%) *one was a 3 sixtel bundle, the other two sixtels for a half bbl ordered that was out of stock.
Kegs on .cz side pull – 46 (-4 over 2022): 31 ½ (32.3% of 96), 14 ⅙ (8.1% of 173), and 1 30L (12.5% of 8 ).

72.3 bbls of draft (+3.2 bbls over 2022). Over 18,000 draft beers (+5.9%), over 7800 4oz tasters and milktubes (+8.6%)

featured 22 times on draft (7.7% of total kegs tapped)
17 kegs, sixtels and halves (6.0%)
13 sixtels on draft. (4.6%)
11 kegs, sixtels and halves (3.9%)

These are four breweries of many, 22.2% of total kegs tapped.

Of the top ten fastest selling half bbls of 2023, 7 of 10 were via the Lukr side pull. 9 of 10 half bbls were lagers. We focused more large format kegs on Lukr in 2022, yet p3 Maibock on side pull is 4th fastest selling sixtel of all time. claims the top two half bbls of all time, with the Marzen grabbing top spot this year. Pipeworks Festbier on Lukr in 2022 remains our fastest selling half bbl of all time.

Overall Package items account for 49.0% of quantity, consumed both on and off premise. Compared to last year the change is:
-5.57% Beer
+5.85% Other alcoholic bev (cider, seltzer, kombucha, wine, mead)
+61.14% NA Bev (nonalc beer, pop, hop water, cbd)

We are a small beer cafe, and small beer shops like us aren't represented in scan data of the major agencies. We professionals fit into a piece of the larger industry.

Though I think we sell and feature beer in fundamentally different ways, often just one can of one case at a time, the breweries carefully featured in our cafe deserve to be handled with care.

Thank you to everyone that visited the cafe in 2023, or told another about what we're doing out here. We'll have a pour service waiting for you, whenever you choose to stop in again.
