We are excited to collaborate with our friends at Princeton Brass Band, one of the winners of our 2026 Donation Beer program! Join us for the release of The Beer of the Dragon, an English Style Bitter, both on tap and in cans. Stop in for festivities, merchandise, food, and a special fanfare performance by PBB members at 2 pm!

The Beer of the Dragon is named after PBB’s 2023 award-winning performance of The Year of the Dragon by Philip Sparke. Cheers to making music with friends. Raise a glass to our band motto: Resurgam! Follow along Princeton Brass Band

The Sandwich Shop Mobile Food Truck will be on site today, offering freshly sliced, made to order hoagies and delicious sides!

2:00-4:00 - Bluegrass Jam
Kick back on the first Sunday of every month with Bluegrass open jam from 2-4pm at Old Hights Brewing Co. This jam is a traditional round robin in the style of Doc Watson for intermediate to advanced pickers. Pickin’ and grinnin’!

IPA - New England 6.5% ABV
This IPA is built on a foundational grist of premium malted barley and an abundance of oats, boasting a dense, opaque pour and a remarkably smooth, creamy texture. The hop profile is dominated by a heavy-handed dry hop of Citra and Nectaron, delivering a complex aromatic bouquet of stone fruit, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit.
