We will be closing this Monday and Tuesday for some needed repairs.

To observe the holiday and to give our team a well deserved break, we will be closed this Memorial Day.

We will be back to normal hours when we open at 3PM on Tuesday.

We’re excited to announce some great new changes happening at The Dorsey House as we roll into spring and summer!

Starting Monday, May 11th, our updated hours, specials, and new menu features officially begin!

🍻 MONDAYS & TUESDAYS — PUB NIGHTS
The Lounge will now be open from 3PM–10PM with the kitchen serving from 4PM–9PM.

These nights will feature our new Pub Favorites Menu, including:

🔥 Bourbon Bacon Jam Double Smash Burger Special — $14
1/2 lb double smash burger, house seasoned wedges, and a domestic pint!

It’s a laid-back way to kick off the week while giving our team some much-needed downtime and allowing us to keep sharpening the experience for everyone.

⏰ Regular Hours (Wed–Sun) remain the same:
• Wed/Thurs: 11AM–10PM
• Fri/Sat: 11AM–11PM
• Sun: 11AM–8PM

🍕 WEDNESDAY — PIZZA DAY
Pizza Day is sticking around with some fresh new options!

• XL Cheese Bread — $10
• XL 2-Topping Pizza — $12
• XL Supreme (up to 6 toppings) & ALL Specialty Pizzas — $15

👨‍🍳 THURSDAY — KITCHEN PLAYGROUND
Thursdays are now our experimental playground — new dishes, limited runs, chef ideas, fun creations, and all sorts of delicious chaos coming out of the kitchen.

🥩 FRIDAY & SATURDAY — PRIME RIB NIGHTS
Beginning at 4PM, we’ll now be serving our new Hickory-Smoked Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday evening!

Supplies will be limited each night, so come early!

🔥 SUNDAYS — BRISKET & FAMILY DAY
Sundays still feature our house brisket and burnt ends, and kids continue to eat free with the purchase of an entrée.

A perfect day for family, comfort food, and relaxing around the table.

🍴 We’ve also added a bunch of new menu items we’re incredibly excited about, including:

• Pork Belly Burnt Ends
• Pan-Seared Flat Iron Steak
• Fried Brussels Sprouts
• New burgers & pastas
• New salads
• Gourmet Grilled Cheeses
• And yes… a Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese 👀

We’re really excited about these updates. The new structure helps give our team some rest, gives us dedicated time for repairs and improvements, and allows us to focus even harder on quality, consistency, and bringing you the best food possible.

Trivia Night has been a great run, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who made it such a fun part of our week.

As we continue to evolve, we’ve made the decision to step away from hosting Trivia for now.
