Our Story
2015 The launch of this idea of Music in the Park came after a wonderful Coffee Shop in the neighborhood at the time decided to host live music jams on the corner of their store located on the corner of Roger Williams and St. Johns ave during the Summer and Fall of the year 2015. The corner grew and grew every Sunday morning while the neighborhood’s family and friends gathered to drink their coffee/teas and eat their scrumptious baked goods all baked by their neighborhood bakery all in the while to enjoy the music happenin’ down on the corner in their beloved neighborhood of Ravinia, IL.
2016 The Ravinia District of Highland Park, The Highland Park Community Foundation, Ripple Productions & Life Rhythms Inc sends a huge thank you to all of those that made this 2016 season a huge hit!!! We look forward to working with you all and more next year!!!! 2017 The year has been going amazing so far!!! Thank you to Leslie Cahill for providing incredible Food Trucks and leadership!!! Our musical line up has been off the charts!! We had an incredible season this season of 2017!! Epic turn outs every week only 2 rain dates!!
