Paul Edward Ransdell, 80 of Mayview, Missouri passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, with his family at his bedside. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 2-4 PM at Zybisco's Bar & Grill.
He was born Friday, July 6, 1945 in Higginsville, Missouri, to the late Kenneth Ransdell and the late Anna (Bell) Ransdell. Paul graduated from Higginsville High School in 1963. He married Geraldine Franklin on December 31, 1965.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Anna Ransdell; two brothers, Robert Ransdell and Larry Ransdell; and a sister, Barbra Helt.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; two sons, Lawrence and Kirt Ransdell of Mayview; two daughters, Wendy Hackler of Stover, MO and Connie Winchell of Grain Valley, MO; two sisters, Joyce Haile and Vickie Hall; his five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Paul enjoyed family, camping, fishing, dancing, mushroom hunting, gardening, and spoiling his many grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
