The third dog we’re featuring in the series is Darlina, a very brave and resilient girl. She is open to joining a household with kids and other dogs.

We have arrived at the final step in brewing Master of Pumpkins. Our brewers added the mashed-up local neck pumpkins to the mash tun before pouring in our signature blend of spices. Now that the brewing is complete, there’s only one step left: packaging. Hang in there, pumpkin lovers. Master of Pumpkins is just one week away!

What a Saturday! Thanks to everyone who joined us yesterday for our 3rd Annual Art Market and the opening of this year’s Art of Tröegs gallery. The brewery was full of creativity throughout the day as local artists and makers set up and shared their art with our community. John and Chris Trogner capped things off with a toast of Scratch #561 Weizenbock, featuring a label inspired by Alison Jester’s winning piece, “Canned Smiles.” If you missed the fun, be sure to check out the new gallery on your next visit! We collaborated with German illustrator David Leutert for the awesome design on our Oktoberfest Lager packaging. "The label art is highly inspired by the entrance of traditional beer halls known as 'Festzelte,' or 'beer tents'" says the Berlin-based lettering artist. "I dug up some of my old sketches from when I was researching specifically German imagery. I thought the combination of banners with the typical Bavarian checkerboard pattern, the large poles with wreaths and decorative framing makes for a compelling composition." The result – custom lettering with iconic illustrations as a nod to the festive nature of our seasonal release. Prost!
