The Chocolate Tour is an annual event that is hosted to raise money for cancer research fund to find the cure for cancer! rted in 2010 in an effort to raise awareness and funds for cancer research, The Chocolate tour is a fun and exciting event with a variety of Run/Walk/Cycling events for people of all ages to participate in to help beat cancer. Thanks to the amazing support from sponsors and awesome people who participate in this cause, The Chocolate Tour has raised a quarter million dollars towards cancer research. The funds are used to cover the costs of materials used in research, support the research endeavors of local high school and college students, and to encourage students to be the future leaders of cancer research! The annual Chocolate consists of several events such as walking, running, or cycling that bring them through the chocolate towns such as Hershey (home of Hershey's chocolate factory), Elizabethtown (home of M&M/Mars chocolate factory), and Lititz (home of Wilbur Chocolate). Each event has varying distances with rest stops along the way where people can get a great piece (or bar) of a Hershey's product! The organizers of The Chocolate Tour take pride in creating an enjoyable event and we have made changes every year based on our participants' feedback.
