LEONVILLE Funeral services will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 200 p.m. in St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville for Susan Mistric Griffin, age 69, who passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Leo the Great

We are asking our prayer warriors to come together with extra special healing intentions for our extremely beloved Pop Melancon. He is currently being treated for double pneumonia and is missing his entire "dancing family" pretty badly now. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers, as he remains in ours always.

Lord we ask you to heal our loved one and give him the strength he needs to get over this hurdle in his journey through life. We ask that you keep him safe and reassure him of the love he has surrounding him always. Let him return to us, dear Lord, even stronger than before. For You are our almighty Father! A Father who possesses the most magnificent healing powers of all beings known. A Father from whom we know no other greater love. We lift up our brother in You and trust in your will for him. All this we ask in Jesus' name...
