Carbone's Waterside Restaurant in beautiful Henderson Harbor has a great lineup for you this week!

We have Italian Night on Wednesday featuring our full menu plus Italian specials such as Steve's Famous Lasagna

Friday we have Brett Falso rocking in the bar area again. He put on a great show last week. Everyone was singing along and having a fantastic time

Saturday is Prime Rib Night

And Sunday... Well, Sunday is just a great day to have some tuna nachos, Calamari, or a Carbone Cutlet on our patio with a glass of prosecco or a Buffalo Trace Manhattan

At Carbone's Waterside we have Live Music tonight in our bar area with local favorite, Brett Falso playing from 7-10pm!

Tomorrow we'll have our Prime Rib Saturdays with a thick cut of juicy Prime Rib served with potatoes, veg of the day, and a horseradish cream sauce

We're also Open Sundays now!

Tonight’s special is grilled bone-in pork chop with a fig balsamic glaze served with creamy risotto and an apple and arugula salad. Delish!

We also have fresh CLAMS on the menu tonight!

Tomorrow (Friday 6/12) we have live music with Brett Falso in the bar area from 7-10 pm

Saturday is Prime Rib night!
Enjoy a thick cut, marbled prime rib served with horseradish cream sauce, mashed potatoes, and our veg of the day

We will also be open this Sunday 6/14 as our new Summer hours are Wednesday through Sunday with the bar opening at 4pm and the restaurant beginning seating at 4:30

We're bringing back Italian Night Wednesdays this week, serving our full menu plus Italian night specials including Steve's Famous Lasagna

Our new hours are Wednesday through Sunday,
We are no longer open Tuesdays

It may rain this afternoon but we have our new enclosed patio so you can enjoy the view of the harbor and stay dry while enjoying a nice thick cut prime rib, fish fry, seafood fettuccine, and a delicious drink
