Haven't posted in forever. Still getting after it once in awhile.

I'm my typical fashion everything went wrong today 😂. Didn't have grains or hops I thought I had, pump was locked up, but I made it through the day. Brewed a batch of 6% stout with a male shift recipe using what I had. Hopefully it turns out fine.

Finally transferred my barrel back into the tanks. This was a start of bigger problems. I couldn't get it to seal up but really needed to get it transferred today. Lots of steam and water got it swelled enough I could push it out and the cost of a ton of CO2.

This was my 12-13% 12-14 hour boil. It's been a long time so I can't remember exactly. This beer had zero hops in it. Unfortunately I do not think it'll turn out like I was hoping. I believe I'll be adding some tetra hop extract to it.

Threw in some of my old left over marshmallow fluff in one tank with a pound of Cocoa nibs. We'll see how that one turns out. Curious if there's any yeast left alive to attack the sugar in the marshmallow.

I like to live dangerously. Boiling up a big stout to finish filling up the Evernorth Bourbon barrel.

In typical fashion I made a giant mess today 😂. It definitely wasn't from leaving a hose clamp off for the 500th time.

Brewed up a fresh batch of strawboner while kegging everything.

One mango vanilla IPA, one regular IPA, one peanut butter stout, one strawboner stout, one stout I'll probably put coconut in but currently has nothing in it.

Still getting after it, lots of beer has been made just no ambition for videos.

Bottled up the 13 hour boil stout after 6 months in a motor City gas whiskey barrel. Made another 12 hour boil stout that's going in an Evernorth Bourbon barrel. That'll take 3 batches to fill

Couple batches of IPA, new favorite is added a few vanilla beans to the IPA 🤤.

Strawberry blonde and made my own strawberry puree, a couple vanilla beans in that as well 🤤

Nice big batch of a 6% stout. That'll get split into a few different variations. I'm thinking a peanut butter, a strawberry peanut butter, and a coconut. We'll see though. Hope everyone is doing well out there 🍻🍻🍺

Long day but got a lot of long needed stuff done in the brewery. Anvil wouldn't start at the beginning of brew day. Finally got it going again. Ran fine for brew day.

6 kegs washed and sanitized, filled one keg with 13% stout, filled barrel with 13% stout, and brewed up a blonde that will get tart cherry and lime. Lots of chaos today getting everything done. Too many candles burning 😂 so no video today. At least I got some brew made though. Can't wait to taste the stout from the barrel in a year or so!!

Less than 24 hours and it's moving like crazy.

So long time no post... I actually made a video today too. Big stout, longest brew day ever, 13 hour boil. Hopefully it turns out. This will get shoved into a bourbon barrel when drive fermenting. Going from 1.120 and shooting for around 1.025-30. We'll see where she ends up but definitely going to be a thick ole girl. Can't wait to try it when it's finished. Watch out for the video, hopefully going up this weekend.

Been a long time... After an explosion last night cleaning fermenters I decided it was time to do a deep clean. Probably the emptiest and cleanest the brewery has been in a couple of years.

I have been brewing, I have 4-5 videos to edit and upload, I hope to get on a semi regular schedule soon but don't hold your breath 😂.

Still working on the efficiency part but the versatility of this unit is great. Took it to a friend's house for a brew day tonight and we had no issues. Brewed up a 5.5% IPA using a bunch of c hops. 110v took a little longer but who's in a rush when you're having fun?!

All done and cleaned up. Most the issues I had were my own fault. It was good to brew again, hopefully it turns out.

When they said 19lbs wouldn't fit in the anvil they were right 😂😂😂😂 apparently the rest will mash in my bucket.
