Carbon Country Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and help create an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily club operations
Managing staff and scheduling
Delivering exceptional customer service
Coordinating events and member activities
Assisting with budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintaining a welcoming and professional club environment

Qualifications:
Previous management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or club operations is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, and passionate about creating a great member experience.
