Just say NO to an overbearing, unnecessary, and impossible to manage & enforce 30’ OUTDOOR smoking ordinance currently being drafted at the City! We need support from all Helena citizens who believe in limiting needless government regulation and who will fight against those in the City who want to restrict the OUTDOOR smoking rights of business owners and citizens on private property. Please get informed and show your support against this idea by attending the City Commission’s Administrative meeting on Sep 19 at 4pm being held at the City County Bldg Room 326. Attention all FB friends who are living in Helena, Montana. It has been rumored that the the City of Helena Commissioners are in the initial stages of implementing a wholesale citywide public smoking ban within 30 feet of any doorway. Well, just today I spoke to a well informed citizen who says the City is indeed looking to further restrict the rights of Helena citizens! 😡 The passage of the ordinance (as I understand it) would make it ILLEGAL to smoke outside if within 30’ of any public entrance. I do not have all the details yet and I do not know all the reasons for such action but I have little doubt that this huge government intrusion into the lives of private property owners will all be done under the guise of public health because you freedom-loving Americans are not capable of making your own choices. If you have any desire to limit and pushback against this huge government intrusion, I urge you to get informed and to attend the City Commission’s Administrative meeting on Sep 19 at 4pm being held at the City County Bldg Room 326. We need support from citizens, business owners, literally everyone who can support our pleas to keep government limited and to avoid this needless government intrusion!

COMING SOON... sometime next week (11/6-11/10) we will be transitioning from the Pegasus Player Club, a players reward system that we invested in heavily and that we truly believe in. However, in better positioning for the future it is time for us to move to the future of Montana, I-Rewards by Century Gaming. Thank you Century Gaming for making I-Rewards available to us, a system which uses highly sophisticated programming to create better player reward opportunities and much more interactive reward experience for our guests. And, thank you in advance to our terrific customers for allowing us the opportunity to bring this new player reward system to you. No doubt there will be questions, heck we have tons of them, and we might even experience some growing pains along the way. With the new reward system, we will be preserving all player reward balances and in the final analysis we truly believe that we will all be better off for this change.
