Drive around Montana’s Flathead Lake during the summer and you’ll find the legendary Flathead cherry. The cool summer nights, long summer days, and glacial soils - combined with the magical "lake effect" make for cherry varieties with an incomparable sweetness and tang. We combined Flathead cherries from Fat Robin Orchard and the Flathead Lake Cherry Growers Association on Finley Point with Northwest apples to create a sessionable c***r bursting with the classic flavors of Montana’s famous fruit

Fresh Hop Season at Headwaters with 2 Currently on Draft
•Mother Earth- Fresh as it gets Wet Hop IPA
Our annual "farm-to-kettle" brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features hop superstar Citra, well known for its distinct rich ripe mango, juicy peach, and citrus flavor profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine.

•Fremont Brewing/Kulshan- Juice Box Hero Fresh Hop IPA
Juice Box Hero is a Fresh Hop West Coast IPA we brewed with our friends at Kulshan Brewing. Rahr to Thee Pilsner malt and Malted Oats with FRESH Dolcita hops, and Dolcita and Citra hops. Dark yellow with some haze, Tropical, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, orange, citrus, melon and stone fruit & grassy notes. Subtle sweetness and mildly bitter
