Eric Hall’s winemaking philosophy is simple: he hand crafts wines in a style he enjoys and uses the best vineyard loacal sources. While each Roadhouse wine is representative of its respective vineyard, the hallmark of Eric’s style are fruit forward, but balanced wines that are very drinkable when released and continue to develop complexity and refinement with time in the

bottle. Every year Eric judges how each vineyard source performs, and those that don’t continue measuring up to his standards are replaced by different vineyards from the same areas. Top vineyard sources include Sangiacomo Roberts rd. Vineyard, Leras, Silver Pines, Nunes, Rodgers Creek and Weir Vineyard in Mendocino’s Yorkville Highlands.

Italian style Sausage & Peppers. Just a few ingredients, Italian sausage, sliced bell peppers, garlic, dried Italian seasonings. I add a little fennel, canned diced and/or crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
Fairly keto too when you eat it without pasta or over cauliflower rice or other veggies .
Top with some fresh basil leaves .
