Yes, it’s gyoza 😉 Just maybe not the kind you’re used to.

At The Taste of Tea, we make our gyoza Osaka-style, also known as pari-pari gyoza. “Pari-pari” is all about that signature crisp, lacy crunch connecting each handmade dumpling together. 🥟✨

The style was inspired by Chinese pan-frying techniques and adapted into something uniquely Japanese: tender gyoza underneath, with that golden, crackly layer on top.
