We are incredibly honored to announce that we have secured a bottle of the EXTREMELY rare 2025 Michter’s 20 Year Bourbon.

Only 11 bottles were allocated to the entire State of Pennsylvania — and Carver’s Reserve was fortunate enough to receive one.

Widely considered one of the most sought-after bourbons in the world, Michter’s 20 Year is released only when Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson believe the whiskey has reached absolute peak maturity. In fact, Michter’s has famously skipped releases in certain years rather than bottle whiskey that didn’t meet their exact standards — a philosophy that has made the 20 Year one of the most respected and coveted bourbons ever produced.

Aged far beyond the norm, this whiskey delivers extraordinary depth, balance, oak character, and richness while still maintaining remarkable smoothness.

Join us Sunday, June 21st | 10AM–3PM for a buffet loaded with favorites, including made-to-order omelets, breakfast classics, a French toast station, fresh pastries, fruit, and a charcuterie spread.

We’ll also be carving slow-roasted meats, serving Italian favorites, fresh salads, a dedicated kids station, desserts, and more. Coffee, juices, and soft drinks are included.

As we launch our first-ever Saturday lunch service on May 16th, we’re excited to officially open BOTH of our fully covered, heated outdoor patios.

One patio is designed exclusively for cigar smokers to relax and enjoy the lounge experience outdoors, while our separate non-smoking patio offers a comfortable space for guests looking to enjoy lunch in a smoke-free setting.

Pair it with our brand new lunch menu (below), frozen espresso martinis, and Saturday afternoons are done right.

Something new is coming to Saturday afternoons.

We’re excited to introduce our very first lunch service—launching May 16th from 11am–2:30pm.

Enjoy seating on our covered, heated outdoor patio, as well as in our bar area and cigar lounge.

Our brand new lunch menu will feature chef-inspired protein bowls, what we think is the area’s best cheesesteak, and our take on the classic grilled meatball sandwich—plus frozen espresso martinis to top it off!
