Our always lovable Andy just landed an awesome job with our friends over at Urbanrest Brewing Company in Ferndale, so go congratulate him. We all can't wait to see him flourish with his talents with beer,mead,and cider. Cheers to him and the great company that he joined.

We're humbled and honored to officially announce that former Cellarmen's owner and mead/cider maker Andrew Zalewski has joined the Urbanrest team!
Andy comes with more than a decade of experience producing world class fermented beverages. Collecting numerous accolades and medals along the way. He'll be heading up our very own cider and mead program highlighting the best our local area has to offer.
We couldn't be more pumped to have him join our squad. We're looking forward to bringing our own signature blends of cider with a focus on natural fermentation, locally grown and crushed apples in addition to a variety of exciting and innovative meads.
Stop in and say hello to this dude.

That’s it. We have tightened the nut on the c-clamp for the final time.

It’s very important to us that we let you all know how enjoyable our final days have been.

Without so many of your smiles, tears, storytelling and well wishes, it would’ve been way more of a chore to end this thing the way we wanted for you. We will forever be thankful for all the support.

If for some inexplicable reason you haven’t gotten your fill and feel the need for more, or if you just need some free furniture, come to the shop and take a piece of Cellarmen’s home with you. There’s plenty of miscellaneous items outside for the taking.

Last Rites - 7% mead w/oolong tea and lemon. Like a beautifully fragrant, dusty, dry final goodbye

We will also be saying our final goodbye to our favorite drinks today starting at open!!!

CRANPUS LIBERATED - 6% cranberry mead w/allspice, orange zest and aged in valentine Liberator gin barrels for 1yr *NO CAN FILLS*

Buck Buddies - 8% coffee cider aged in Motor City Gas buckwheat whiskey barrels and DDH w/Ethiopian coffee

SHIRTS! Many of you who could not pre-order have asked about the Mead is Dead shirts. We have about 30 shirts for sale. They will be $30 each, adult sizes only Sm-2XL.
