Happy June 1, everybody! ☀️

Just a quick reminder—we are OPEN on Mondays from 10 AM to 4 PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day… that means all summer long! 🙌

And hey—it’s National Olive Day 🫒 which sounds like the perfect excuse to come in for happy hour & enjoy a red beer with few olives!

For lunch we have Wyoming’s best open faced prime rib sandwich served with your choice of side including daily salads and homemade soups!

Thank you all for coming out on this lovely rainy Saturday! 🌧️💛

From our youngest little patron of the night (we’re pretty sure we’ve got a future cowboy on our hands 🤠), to a wonderful table of friends celebrating two very special birthdays 🎉, to one of our favorite couples finally getting to slow down and share supper together—calling The Emporium “home”… nights like this are what it’s all about.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Your support, your smiles, and the memories made around our tables mean everything to us.
