Beautifully seared ahi tuna served with a chilled root vegetable salad tossed in a white truffle and horseradish dressing. Finished with tobiko and fresh microgreens.

🥩 Mesquite-Rubbed Coulotte Steak

An 8 oz. coulotte steak, perfectly complemented by roasted rainbow carrots and a rich, creamy Boursin cheese potato gratin.

Be sure to mark your calendars, as we are very excited to announce our next w**e dinner…

On Thursday night, November 5th, one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s top w**e-making family members will be flying over from France to spend the night with us as we tour the Rhône Valley and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Baptiste Grangeon is a third-generation w**emaker at Domaine de Cristia in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Since joining his family’s estate in 1999, he has helped transform it through precise vineyard selection, lower yields, and a greater focus on
estate-bottled, age-worthy w**es.

“A Night in the Rhône Valley, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape”

We’ll be featuring a delicious 5-course dinner featuring Baptiste’s Family w**es from the Rhône Valley paired with some of Chef Nick’s regional Rhône specialties.

Thursday, November 5th, doors will open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Reservations are required. The Regular Menu will not be available.

Announcing our next “REGIONAL”
W**e Education classes: Spain #1

Spain #1 will be held next Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and next Thursday, October 29, 2026, with both classes starting at 6:30 pm in the lounge.

Spain #1 will cover the many different grapes and the many different w**es of the Northern Spanish Regions.

“Spain #1” will run approximately 2 hours, and the class size is limited to 20 people each night. The cost is $25, which will include all w**e.

Note that only 20 seats are available each night.
Please don’t sign up unless you can make the class.

Our Pumpkin Soup, finished with pumpkin seeds, is one of the new additions to the menu at The Vineyard.
