The big run 5k is back again on this muggy global running day. We mapped and ran the course this morning and can’t wait to run with everyone later today!

Last year was great , this year is bigger and better! Thanks to everyone coming out on a Wednesday to sweat a little. Like last year those overall winner chains are worth emptying the tank over.
