If you know, you know. ❤️

Most people walking into Hatfield Roadhouse probably don't think twice about this spot.

But for a lot of folks around here, this patch of ground holds a whole lot of memories. The stories, friendships, dances, first dates, and late nights are still talked about today.

Now....We're not the Hollyhock Ballroom BUT we do have cold beer, good food, and a place to sit down and catch up with old friends.

And honestly, that's not a bad way to spend a Friday evening either. 🍻

One thing we're especially excited about is having a familiar face back in the kitchen!

Corrie Thomson was one of our original employees, and many of you have known her for years. Having her back in the kitchen this summer, feels a little like having family come home.

Seeing old friends walk back through the door and pick up where they left off means a lot.

Happy Friday Hatfield Fam!

Between the holiday, the restaurant, the sale barn, graduation season, and everything else, we looked up and realized we haven't posted a sandwich challenge update in over a week.

The good news? The entries have kept coming and the competition is heating up!

We're still accepting entries through June 1st, so there's still time to come try the sandwich and put your name in the running for:

Tomorrow, Chef Matt is bringing out a feature that doesn’t happen every day.
House-made Alfredo tossed in a rich white wine garlic cream sauce, finished with tender shrimp and served hot and fresh tomorrow evening.
This is the kind of comfort food that belongs with a glass of wine, good company, and a night off from cooking.
We’ll have our full menu available, salad bar ready to go, and this feature available while supplies last.
If you’ve been craving something creamy, savory, and a little more upscale on a small-town Minnesota night — tomorrow is your excuse.
