Pappa al Pomodoro! And although, it is Tuscan in origin, this one is based on a version we had in Rome last week-
In our version Sullivan street Stirato is cubed lightly toasted with extra-virgin olive oil submerged in our roasted tomato basil sauce, topped with stracciatella, picked basil, sea salt and sliced olives.
I apologize in advance for the amount of Roman inspired dishes you are about to see.
