For our members, please be aware that we have consistently been seeing our range balls shot by those at the gun range. We want to ask that all member and guests of PVGC please understand the the staff and board is very irritated by this and has caused us to be very hesitant about putting money into something that keeps getting destroyed. We have had over 200 dozen range balls bought and either lost or destroyed in the past 2 years. This is insane! Please help us by telling those on the shooting range to please stop shooting the golf balls and focus on their own targets.

Can you believe August is leaving tonight and I barely saw her... September is moving in tomorrow, and we will be well into fall before we know it.!
Ladies, if you are catching a few holes tomorrow evening, we will have a light dinner starting at 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The menu will be with a Mexican flare:
Chips and Salsa, Carnitas, with Rice and Beans, Mexi coleslaw and Apple Crisp for dessert. Let us know when you arrive if you will be joining us for dinner.

Happy Friday! We will be closed for open golf today, Friday, August 28th until 4pm as we host a Regional Girls Golf Tournament - We are excited to welcome all the young women who are learning and competing in this tournament. We wish a great round to all the young ladies and Go Hornets!!

As we hit the last Thursday in August it is our last Grill Your Own Steak night. We will have food the first two weeks of September and we will see where we go from there.
Tonights menu: Your choice of RibEye, New York or Top Sirloin, Baked Potatoe (butter, sour cream), Fresh green salad (& fixin's), GYO Garlic Bread and Chocolate Fudge cake.

Congratulations to our winners at the 3 club tournament this weekend! Our tournament Champions with a score of 70 were John Laducer and Jessica Hjelden. 2nd place went to Casey Weismann and Koby Houchin with a score of 72. First place in Flight 2 was Koby Goldade and Austin Schneider shooting a score of 87. Also shooting an 87 and taking second place in flight 2 was Barb Zuther and Andi Zuther. Closest to the pin on #5 was Payton Aljets at 12’2”. Longest putt on #9 was Logan Jenner with a putt of 13’1”. Congratulations to our winners, and Thank You to all who participated!
