Last year, The Big Mo’ was centered on Carbone’s long history in Hartford and their new under-construction Hartford location. Many thanks to everyone who came together at the exciting preview of Carbone’s Hartford to celebrate The Big Mo’s 25th Anniversary. In true Big Mo’ fashion, more than 300 guests gathered to connect, network, & reminisce about past Big Mo’s & Carbone’s expansion into multiple locations over the years.
