Join us this Saturday at the Distillery for fresh new summer cocktails, tastings, tours, and one of the simplest pleasures on the menu: warm locally baked bread from Small State Provisions, served with a generous side of rich organic butter.

Crisp cocktails, warm bread, good company, and a cozy afternoon tucked into the Distillery on Arbor Street. The kind of pairing that feels accidentally luxurious.

Tomorrow is National Paloma Day and we’re celebrating with one of our favorite warm-weather cocktails: the Sumac Paloma.

Bright, citrusy, slightly smoky, and wildly refreshing, this cocktail blends WMB Sumac, reposado tequila, fresh lime, and grapefruit soda, finished with a cinnamon sugar rim for a little extra magic. 🌿

Join us at the Distillery tomorrow, May 22nd, for bottle sales so you can make this killer Paloma at home.

☀️ Citrus season has officially clocked in. The patio air is warm, the lemons are glowing like tiny suns, and our Lemon Drop Martini is ready to cool things down one frosty coupe at a time. 🍋✨

Stop by the Distillery this week for bottle sales, gifts, and cocktail inspiration Monday through Friday from 12 PM–5 PM at Hartford Flavor Company on Arbor Street.

Then Saturday, settle in for cocktails, tours, and a little weekend magic. Our tasting room is open until 6:30 PM with craft cocktails, flights, and behind the scenes distillery tours pouring all afternoon.
