DHI is looking for someone to join our board to help coordinate events and fundraisers we host throughout the year. 📣

We are a fun group with a big mission to keep our downtown alive! We have well-established events that directly support DHI’s mission to pour life and beauty into our Downtown area. There is meaningful planning and coordination involved, but you won’t be doing it alone—there’s support, guidance, and a solid framework to work from.

This is a great fit for anyone new to town, stay-at-home moms looking for connection, or anyone who enjoys being part of something that makes a real impact in our community.

It's the best part of Summer for sure!

📢The Downtown Hartford SD Farmers Market is BACK! 📢
Our 2026 Market Dates fall on the LAST Thursdays of each month, May-September. 5pm-8pm.

You can expect a street full of vendors with handmade and homegrown items for sale! There'll be 3 food trucks, live music, and free kids activities. ❤

All happening on Main Avenue in Hartford, South Dakota. We are just a 15 minute drive from Sioux Falls. Some come HUNGRY and ready to shop. 😘
