We’ve truly valued the relationship we’ve built with the owner and staff over the years. We’re thankful for the friendship, support, and good times we’ve shared along the way.

After 22 years, we’re incredibly sad to share that Ox & Cats has officially closed its doors.
We also want to apologize for some of the confusion surrounding the announcement. An earlier Facebook post was shared before we had the opportunity to properly communicate the news with our employees and customers, so it was removed. We truly wanted the people who have been a part of Ox & Cats to hear this news the right way, and we’re sorry that didn’t happen as smoothly as we had hoped.
Unfortunately, ongoing staffing challenges have made it impossible for us to continue operating the bar.
But more than anything, we want this post to be about 22 years of Ox & Cats.
Twenty-two years of cold drinks, good food, packed bar stools, laughs, friendships, celebrations, late nights, familiar faces, and more memories than we could ever fit into one Facebook post.
To every employee who has worked behind the bar, in the kitchen, or helped keep this place going over the years — thank you.
To every customer who stopped in for a drink, ordered a pizza, came out for new Wing Wednesday, celebrated a birthday, watched a game, played a round of Golden Tee, or simply made Ox & Cats part of your routine — thank you.
And especially to our regulars, some of whom became more like family than customers, we cannot thank you enough for supporting this little bar for all these years.
We know the ending came more abruptly than anyone would have wanted, and for that, we are truly sorry. But we hope when you think about Ox & Cats, you remember the laughs, the friendships, the stories, and all the good times that happened inside these walls.
22 years is something worth celebrating.
