Hello Crafters and Community Partners,
I apologize for the delay in getting this update to everyone. Until recently, it appeared that we would be able to reopen our entire main building before this Saturday’s festival. Unfortunately, the building has not yet been fully released, and we cannot guarantee that it will be available by Saturday.
The good news is that the Craft Show, Charities Festival, Classic Car Show, food service, and Rock-Blues-Fest are all still happening this Saturday, September 12. We are simply moving the Craft Show and Charities Festival outdoors.
Crafter information:
-There will be no setup fee.
-Crafters do not need to register in advance. You may arrive and set up the day of the event.
-Crafter booths will be located along the patio outside the hall and along the adjacent fence line, as they have been during our previous shows.
-Please bring your own canopy, tables, chairs, and other booth equipment.
-If you absolutely need a table or chairs, we will do our best to provide them. However, we do not have extra canopies.
-Crafters may set up at any time and stay for as long as they would like.
Charities Festival information:
Participating nonprofits will set up on the south side of the Cabana, across the parking lot on the side near the men’s restroom.
-Every guest will receive a passport card.
-Each participating charity will receive a stamp to use when guests visit its booth.
-Guests who collect a stamp from every participating charity may enter their completed passport into our prize drawings.
-The final passport grand prize drawing will take place at 6:00 PM.
The VFW will make a donation to every nonprofit that attends the festival.
To be included on the passport, charities must register at www.vfwharrisonoh.org/charities-fesitval, be completely set up by 2:00 PM, and remain through at least 6:00 PM.
Saturday’s schedule:
-Anytime — Crafters and nonprofits may begin setting up
-Noon — Food service begins
-2:00 Blues/Rock Festival and car show starts
-2:00–6:00 PM — Charities Festival passport hours
-6:00 PM — Final passport grand prize drawing
Following the car show — Rock-Blues-Fest music and festivities continue well into the night.

We know this last-minute change is not ideal, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility as we continue recovering from the flood. We are determined to move forward and make this an enjoyable day for our crafters, charities, guests, and the entire community.
