American Legion Post 1001 Annual Post officers’ election will be taking place in July. If anyone is interested in running for a position, they must submit their name and their desired position no later than June 1, 2026, to [email protected] or drop off at Post.

On June 8, 2026, at our Legion Meeting, all candidates will be allowed to address the members and ask questions about their qualifications.

World War II Marine Veteran George Ivanoff (101 years Young) attending the monthly Legionnaire Meeting, Monday, March 9, 2026. 74 year member of the American Legion, 2 purple hearts, plays golf 5x's week when weather permits is still very active.
