🎉 Help us congratulate Drake on his promotion to Kitchen Manager! 🎉
Drake has been part of the Harlan County B**r Company family since he was still in high school, and it has been pretty incredible to watch him grow along with us.
From the beginning, Drake has been the kind of person who is never satisfied with simply getting the job done. He wants it done right. He’s constantly looking for ways to make things better, help the people around him, and make sure the food leaving our kitchen is something we’re proud to serve.
As Grant steps into his new role as Chef de Cuisine, Drake is stepping up to become our Kitchen Manager.
That means taking on a much bigger leadership role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen—helping lead the team, keeping things organized and running smoothly, maintaining our standards, training and supporting staff, and making sure we continue getting better every single day.
Drake may be young, but he has already shown tremendous leadership, maturity, and dedication. One of the best parts of building HCBC has been watching young people come through our doors, grow into leaders, and take real ownership in what we’re building here.
Drake has certainly done that.
We’re incredibly grateful for everything he has already given to HCBC, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
